Snelling Yards Development will be an intergenerational campus of senior and workforce affordable rental housing, oriented to accommodate the existing Hiawatha Corridor transit infrastructure, with an eye towards seeding the City of Minneapolis’ first connective block of bike and pedestrian access between the Sabo Bridge and Minnehaha Park.

The workforce building includes 110 units and the senior building includes 100 units. The apartment buildings share a “Green Commons,” connecting Snelling Avenue via an open pocket park.

The development team was selected by the City of Minneapolis to redevelop the existing industrial site.
