An iconic part of downtown Stillwater, Minnesota since 1922, the Stillwater National Guard Armory was built during World Ward I for military training and support, but through the years has also hosted countless public events.

After the National Guard relocated to a new facility, the historic armory was purchased by CVII Holdings who initiated a strategic renovation to repurpose the structure into a boutique mixed use development.

The design embraces the armory’s unique charm and preserves its historic integrity to create seven apartments on two levels with upscale finishes and amenities like a fitness center, lounge, and indoor parking. The building also utilizes the former fieldhouse with 20-foot ceilings and original maple flooring as 4,600 sq. ft. of leasable space for potential retail or office tenants.
